Maybe I'm biased because Kobe is my favourite player ever, but even if he was guilty, he still should have gotten off because of how shit she was as a human being with her supposed plans to lure Eminem out of money by accusing him of rape.
George Floyd was not an innocent bystander out for a nice day on the town. He was high off his ass on fentanyl and other drugs, and he was driving, putting people's lives at risk. No, he did not deserve to die, but he wasn't being an innocent angel that day either. We wouldn't be calling him that if he had hit and killed someone with his car as he was driving under the influence.
You are awfully hung up on the topic of rape - especially what you consider to be false allegations.
What's behind that? Have you been accused of rape?
If I had to guess, I would guess incel based on your obvious misogyny.
No, I have never been accused of rape. False accusations are a thing though, you know. Innocent until proven guilty. I was accused of domestic assault once by a crazy 16 year old girl who I told to move out after I found out she was cheating. She locked herself in the bathroom and threatened to cut her wrists with a razor blade if I made her move out. The only physical contact that was made by me was me swerving away when she tried to hug me after I told her she had to go. There was zero bruising, and she later admitted that she made it all up because I brought another girl over to stay the night at my place that night and she was just jealous. To this day, I still have no criminal record. I'm a good boy. My personal experience with a false accusation isn't really relevant to this thread though, so let's try not to get this too off topic.
Derek Chauvin was wrong, but was it 2nd degree? We'll see what the jury thinks.
