Moon landing 69? From my understanding the US satellite failed and the signal had to be redirected from an Australian satellite centre i.e. a conspiracy was impossible.
Anti vaxxers? Should be all kept together so we can reasearch if viruses attack the low IQ population at the same rate as the high IQ population.
Homeopathy? The dose size matches the brain size of the users.
Yes. I don’t recall precisely, but probably a few christians have told me that flat earthers aren’t real christians.
Or perhaps they were referring to the homophobic christians or the christians that burn and kill or mame people.
I remember that one time we were having a conversation on a chemistry forum. I posted everything about flat earth that I had collected from the bible and someone responded with “Wow, you have done your homework”.
In any case, it is our (atheist) job to properly teach the Bible to the people. Get them interested. Get them to read it for themselves.
I had not heard of that.
1. I have heard that the radio communication going on between the space shuttle (is that the proper term?) and the NASA headquarters were being listened to various scientists across the globe.
2. The car thing that they were driving on the moon left trails. A chinese high resolution probe that orbited the Moon a year or 2 ago showed evidence of the trails.
3. Moon rocks were brought back and shipped to various researchers across the planet.
4. The space shuttle and all supporting equipment are real. Contracts were given to I don’t know how many companies. I know that a detector for the lunar module feat was made in Quebec. When the lunar module landed, the first one to touch was the one made in Quebec.
5. 3 Retro reflectors were installed on the Moon. This is similar to the reflectors on your bike and street signs. They bounce back the photon back to where it came from, making it appear bright. To this day, the retroreflectors are detectable.
Anti vaxxers?
These people are dangerous to the general population since their bodies could act as incubators and eventually, a mutation might occur and we’ll have a more resistant virus.
I don’t expect for scientists to find easy solutions to every problem. It is better to avoid the problem in the first place and focus on other tasks.
Homeopathy?
It’s fun to talk to them. The primary dissatisfaction that they raise is that they are treated as a customer when they visit a doctor. In the USA, unfortunately, hospitals are a business. That the doctor tries to sell them pills and he gets a commission. They try to sell penis cutting which is the most popular unnecessary surgery. Some call it circumcision.
You can’t treat everything in life as a business.
It’s too bad that drug development is expensive. I think the governments should give financial aid to Pharmaceutical Companies and that such companies should be taken off the stock exchange.
All these companies should be fused into 1 and they should share knowledge because knowledge equals power.
Besides, homeopathy is also a business and simply doesn't work or works through the placebo effect.
