If this jury hangs, then some member of that jury needs to be hanged.
I get the emotion, but the issue isn't one jury or one case. The issue is changing our system long term, not getting rid of juries.
I do believe that the DA has noted that if it is hung, that they would try again. But I think a hung jury is going to be hard with this jury because several of the jurrors are black, including black women.
