If this jury hangs, then some member of that jury needs to be hanged.

I get the emotion, but the issue isn't one jury or one case. The issue is changing our system long term, not getting rid of juries. 

I do believe that the DA has noted that if it is hung, that they would try again. But I think a hung jury is going to be hard with this jury because several of the jurrors are black, including black women.

You realize that you statement about the jury is racist as hell, right?

You are assuming they will vote a certain way based solely on their race.
