I do believe that the DA has noted that if it is hung, that they would try again. But I think a hung jury is going to be hard with this jury because several of the jurrors are black, including black women.

No, I am not assuming that blacks will vote to convict just because Chauvin is white. I am saying that it is a mixed jury, and I am quite sure prior to this case, both white jurors and black jurors are bringing their life's experiences into it. Not evidence wise, but climate wise. I am sure both the defense lawyer and prosecutor saught to place jurors on the jury that would be as objective as possible. But it is still a mixed jury.
Unlike back in the 60s and prior, the juries were stacked. Don't falsely accuse me of claiming the prosecutor put blacks on the jury just to convict a white cop.
