^I did, it didn't work.
I drink occationally, but always manage to sleep better with it. While I do drink caffine at breakfast and diet coke at lunch, I never drink them after 2. But before my anxiety got as bad as it is today I use to be able to sleep even with these things. What's happening is my mind is making me overthink for no reason, makes my heart race or give me allot of enegery. Sometimes it's all 3 but it's mostly overthinking based on a false narritive my anxiety gives me in my mind.
I have read about similar cases on nomorepanic.co.uk and based my medication opinions on the responses in those threads. I know I should see about it professionally but the way the mental health system treated my Dad and people around me and hell even myself, I just don't trust them.

Also if you use caffine - watch your intake - espcially from soda or chocolate.... I don' t use caffine after about 2 in the afternoon...
