Well, a passage from Proverbs comes to mind, where the Bible is listing things that God hates (how an all-good God could be capable of hatred is another topic). One of these is liars.
So if God hates liars, then if God were to lie, he would hate himself. If someone hates God, the Bible is pretty clear that they’ll be eternally damned.
