You mean with YOUR knowledge of schizophrenia, which seems non existent.

There are four broad types of schizhophrenia,and symptoms can overlap. Cases also very in severity. It's entirely possible for a person to be say a paranoid schizophrenic and seem perfectly OK most of the time. He might occasionally/often claim to be hearing voices and/or seeing visions. Quite possible,even probable that this describes Muhammad.
