That's how big Dave Chappelle is. Gets millions of dollars for simply making a tweet and not doing any work.

Yeah, that's called getting royalties and that's what a creator of a work that's still making money should be doing.

Should be doing, sure, but Dave didn't own any part of the streaming rights, since the contract he signed for the Chappelle Show never mentioned any, since Netflix style streaming did not exist at the time, or for whatever other reason he just wasn't included in streaming rights. They weren't legally required to pay Dave anything, but they recently agreed to pay millions because Chapelle made a comment about it and fans made a fuss over it until Netflix agreed to pay him.
