I'd upgrade my car (to a *newer* second-hand Toyota), upgrade my alto clarinet (probably spending twice as much on that than on the car, around $15K), finish all outstanding house renovations, and give a bit away. Then I'd sit around puzzled for a while as I tried to think of something else I actually wanted/needed.
