I think the seething and bitching from the right wingers when we have a Democrat in office is far more outrageous. I regularly see pickup trucks driving around flying Trump flags the size of a bedsheet.
It's also a case of people not voting for Trump as it is of them voting against whatever Democrat is running. It is for this reason, and against the possibility of Trump "getting even" by running as a third party candidate, that he will get the nomination.
