Here's a start then - the combination of the respiration and food/drink ingestion tract. Choking? Death death death death etc...why weren't humans given a blow hole like a whale? Because evolution is blind, of course.

One of the better examples is the recurrent pharyngeal nerve. It is a cranial nerve that innervates the throat and surrounding structures. Starting at the head, it goes down into the chest, around the aorta (for no apparent reason), and then up to the throat when it could simply go directly to the throat.
It is even better in the giraffe: it *still* goes from the head all the way down to the chest, loops around the aorta and then back to the top of the neck to innervate the throat structures.
Any engineer that designed a communication pathway like that should be summarily shot.
