Quite a few years ago I received a brief letter from a Catholic nun who was a friend of my mother. She said that I'm an atheist because I'm angry at God. I sent her a brief reply, saying that no one can be angry at an imaginary being, which is what her God is. I then told her that she clearly has no idea what atheism is and included some atheist tracts for her edification. She wrote to me again about six months later, saying that I was on her list of people she's praying for. I sent her some more tracts and told her that I would regard her actions as proof of God's non-existence, since nothing would come of her prayers. She never wrote to me again.
