Sure, fish tend to school as a single species - but if you put every human being on earth into a school..that would also be a single species school. Point being racism and speciesism..in fish or in humans, aren't interchangeable. If evolution has taught us that we should stick to our species to survive..then huzzah! Easily done.
Racism is probably closer to kin selection than schooling behavior. A fun way of mentioning that racism may have always been about cousin fucking - but there you have it.
