I've listened to a handful of Frank Zappa songs, and each one was excellent.
So I think your idea is pretty ancient. If I follow you correctly, you're kind of talking about Plato's Cave, where people mistake shadows on the wall for reality. Plato's solution is to make excruciating intellectual effort to leave the cave. What's your solution?
My solution basically is to be disliked. Even hated. Though not by my choice. And the reason why is as ancient as humanity. Long ago Plato had something to say on the subject. It was most likely true long before him and is still true. He said, "Nobody is more hated than he who speaks the truth." George Orwell said something similar. Too bad I can't just post a meme of it. But he said, "The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it."
But "being hated" doesn't seem like a way to get us from not knowing the truth to knowing the truth. Discourse, analysis, scrutinizing those things we think are true, listening to others who disagree (especially WHY they disagree). That seems like a better way to get to the truth than "being hated."
"Being hated" seems oriented toward society and societal beliefs. A form of protest really... not a way to get from not knowing to knowing.

And your solution is to be disliked and hated? You seem to be able to achieve that with no evidence of truth what so ever.
Two days now and I’m still waiting for him to actually tell us something.
I know, right. I think that what OP deems "the truth" (if he ever bothers to tell us) wouldn't turn out to be some rigorous objective analysis. It'd be a bunch of deep seated opinions.
(That's my suspicion, anyway.)
