I don’t yet see anything that justifies a murder charge. At this point, I see a helluva lot that justifies an investigation as to whether such a charge is warranted.

Question: Why is it acceptable for you - without any supportive evidence - to guess that the cop drew his gun with his finger on the trigger, but not acceptable for me - without any assertion of fact - that what happens in the video looks like a murder?

Try this: when Sonny Corleone got shot on the causeway, did it look like a murder?
