I tend to not be easily offended or bothered at work. It usually takes a great deal before I have to be earnest with a resident.

By no bedside manner I basically mean that I'm not as verbally endearing as other aides tend to be. I'm not going to be socially amiable. I'm more all business, there to get the job done.
