The increased trade part will be difficult, russia just burnt a bunch of (to them)foreign companies that aren't going to want to do bidness with them anymore or without usurous terms (that's how they lost the aegis of int. protection, imo). Sucks, because russia wont be able to pay for any kind of rebuilding whatsoever in it's current state.
