Of course, there is currently a potential law being presented here in TX that will make drag shows fall under the category of sexually oriented entertainment and fall under the rules that cover businesses like strip clubs.
It gets pretty problematic since this piece of legislature also would mean that a girl can't play the lead in 'Peter Pan' or portray character in any play/movie where there is dressing and presenting themselves as anything other than the sex they were assigned at birth.
