I called to make an appt. for the end of the month with my cardiologist. I was scolded by the woman at his office for cancelling my appt. back in May. I was informed that if I cancel again, I will be removed from his patient list. Now, every day since, I get a text offering an earlier appointment. I sure hope these people who are cancelling are also getting a good dressing down.
