To be claimed to be on a crusade for simply challenging ideas and provoking thoughts which I assumed (wrongly) was the point of this forums existence is something I no longer will choose to be a part of. I appreciate those that have participated respectfully over the years. That was just my perception, not necessarily anyone else's. All I'd suggest is don't take it out on everyone else just because of me, who's hardly interacted with you at all since you came back besides this, so IOW if you're getting value out of your conversations with others, don't throw it all away just because of one view, which anyway most probably doesn't at all well reflect the general view because it comes from the perspective of a general lurker rather than a debater. So even if you and I are done, doesn't mean you have to be done with everyone else, or take my views as representing everyone else's. Others may well have been enjoying the back and forth, and not see it any way like I did, so please don't let my views be the sole influencer here. I'm sorry it came to this, truly I am, but we... you and I... don't have to interact any more if that's what you want, but all I'd say is if I hadn't said what I had said, would you have still left? If the answer is no, then you can just ignore me going forward. I'm fine with that if that's what you want.
