One creationist argument I always find hilarious is this whole notion that because we observe life replicating other life by completely physical biologic means we should assume or regard it as remotely scientific to assume that life came from a supernatural space wizard by magic. What they don't get is you can't replication of pre-existing life and then infer the origins of life. If they demand to see life from non-life I demand to see NEW LIFE, not mere replication of pre-existing life but a completely new organism created from scratch by a living thing. The way they're supposed creator did or better yet get him to do it. Get him to do it.
Another Zinger I love is when they try and take the current state of the universe and try to insist that always must have applied simply because it's observable and call it scientific. This isn't scientific. You have not observed what happened before the big bang so can give no comment on what conditions were like then let alone say the universe began to exist or that any condition that exists now existed then. This is a stretch too far and is not supported by the evidence nor can they insist on fine-tuning unless they have seen every possible universe and simulations don't cut it as they assume our physics as if those could be the only ones.
Lastly, the design argument is blown out of the water. You can say human intelligence designs things that's as far as you can go. Anything else is mere speculation.
