Noice. I have a four acre vertical hydro system - greens tomatoes strawberries beans okra onion basil lettuce eggplants.... and we.... also..prefer to talk about that, not the 40 we have in conventional plasticulture growing leaf lettuce for kroger. We talk about our free range chickens.
very nice to have a big buyer like Kroger. do you package box and ship? or do you use a 3rd party?
We supply eggs to my moms church, they do a weekly breakfast for the members of the church and community.
Other than that some locals have bought goat milk/ milk products cheese, yogurt, butter. But that's about it. Like I said it's more of a hobby farm in an attempt to try and eat better.
We tried okra and it didn't seem to like our hydro system did you do anything special to get it to grow?
