If DNA was created by and is evidence for god (I think an NX proposition) then why did it's creation allow for genetic fetal anomalies and birth defects?

All those poor 'lives (born) and potential lives (unborn)' must be carriers of original sin.

That's quite the monster of a deity. Put the blame on it's creation (how nice) and god takes no responsibilty. (but, but, .........Eve/Snake/Apple)
