Idk, we have two versions of reality here.  One you could very easily watch unfold yourself in news articles and interviews and sound bites and bills….and the other one has recovered alien spaceships in it.

I get that the alien spaceship conspiracy reality is sexier than the conspiracy to avoid governing, avoid oversight, appropriate funds, and trade meaningless votes.

...what? Lol. Aliens aside, Congress is exercising oversight by investigating the Pentagon's black ops projects... and now they're about to shift the focus to private contractors in a way we haven't seen much since we started letting the Pentagon do whatever they wanted in 2001. This is the first serious bipartisan pushback on the military-industrial complex in forever. Ukraine spending is getting a bit of pushback but that's all GOP.

What about this translates to a lack of oversight to you? Did you watch any of the hearing? Have you read any of the UAP amendment in the DAA?

I think you spent a grand total of 5 minutes reading about this before commenting and it's obvious.
