That's a hell of a lot of God-induced abortion.

That seems to be a very low estimate.   There are 140 successful new births World wide each year.    It is estimated up to 50% of inceptions spontaneously fail with or without the mother knowing during first 20 weeks of pregnancy. That would make approximately 140 million spontaneous abortions World wide a year.   That doesn’t even count still born births.

So how many people did god abort?   At least as many as the number of humans ever actually born alive on earth.    Even if only Homo sapiens are counted as human, ie Neanderthals and homo erectus have no souls and can’t be saved even if our ancesters seems to not have scrupled to screw with them, that still makes for at least 117 billion.

So God, being eternal and truly immortal, is the highest abortionist, than which there is no higher.

So as theologians tell us, mortal practitioners of abortion  are being given the grace to be more like god, that is to say, Jesus, with whom he is consubstantial.

Right to lifers are, therefore, servants of the devil.
