I think I'm going to stop offering to show my friends my artwork. Call me selfish or self-absorbed but it's just not worth it, so unsatisfying for someone to say "sure", you show them the artwork and they give you inanities like "cool!" or "haha, that's funny!" before moving on to simply talk about something else. It's clear to me now that this is not nearly as important to you as it is to me. Why waste both of our time?
