It means, "time continuous game", which is how I imagine world peace would be achieved. Get everyone playing the same game, allow them to become engrossed in the game to the point where they forget about time, humans no longer perceive time, time ceases to be a thing, all financial incentives for perpetuating "time" (as a shared reality) become obsolete, everyone stays happy playing the game forever.
Then Steve accuses Hank of cheating at the game. Hank tells Steve to fuck off. They come to blows. Some of the other players side with Steve, some with Hank.
The next thing you know, Stevesylvania and Hankistan have been at war for 100 years, thousands dead, cities reduced to rubble...
