Good on you! I gave it up because it was playing hell with my knees. I’d still do it if I could.

I used to run for miles.  Even zone out occasionally when I ran.

I miss that feeling.

Still work out on the treadmill, but it's not the same.

I didn't even like to run when I was a kid.  I rode my bike almost everywhere even after I had Jen.  Plopped her in the kid seat and off we went since we didn't have a car.

Run - even if I was being chased I would just give up without taking a step.
