China and Russia's presidents -both- absent from the G20

China is and has always been only it's own side. 
The Chinese have always considered themselves the Heavenly Kingdom. 
They are not interested in Russia or anywhere else. 
It will be interesting post Xi if they give a shit about anying or anyone else. 
They have built beautiful gleaming cities in a few years. They don't need anyone else.

Blue is the logical borders. Red is what (the alternative to the West, Better option for Africa, new supplier of money to developing nations, absolutely non-expansionist and peace loving, Kingdom of the sky) China is claiming.

These are all very poor nations and there is no strategic resource or anything like that in that region. Just middle level fisheries struggling for their own survival.
 
And the dots are the artificial islands, and/or areas taken over by the Chinese navy there. Yet my question is: “Who is threatening them?”. Malaysia? Vietnam? Papua New Guinea? The Philippines?
 
I think the blue dots (the already established borders) are perfectly reasonable while the red dots (that are being supported by the Chinese navy) are rather signs of an aggressive nation who is ready to repeat the Ukrainian scenario not only here but (for instance) in their border with India, In areas around the Russian city in Vladivostok and of course in Taiwan. Like all “Big” nations they have a higher vision of their own which in their own world does include world domination.

China is clearly harassing its southern neighbors and its rhetoric according to which “The US is responsible for all the tension in the region” is very similar to the Russian rhetoric on almost any issue (like the Russian involvement in West-Africa for instance).
