Have most everyone get something desirable (say, a vaccine for a plague that’s been ravaging the world, or a combination of Viagra and The Pill), and then, all of a sudden, have everyone die from a really bloody plague. Then again, I suspect that the anti-Vaxxers have greatly underestimated how much of the world population has been vaccinated (at least to some extent) against COVID.
