You won't find anyone who hasn't already heard the news. Traditional methods of evangelizing/witnessing are moot and often counterproductive. Jesus advised his followers to be as gentle as doves and wise as serpents in regards to spreading the word. It may be time for a serious change in prosyletizing tactics, if the goal is actually to attract people to Christianity.
Which, of course, it isn't. Christians want their special club all to themselves. The prosyletizing stuff some of them do is a formality that's meant to make their religion seem more legitimate, but they don't actually want converts.
the way i experienced it, you have something good that you want everyone to feel (if they want it). you're job is to serve.
some churches though, seem to make a load of rules that only some people can follow, create a hierarchy with some at the top - and everyone is there to serve them. is that what you mean ??
