Islamic totalitarianism is reaching a whole new level. Most societies today have abandoned the death penalty. The Number of execution in the US in 2023 is 24 (23 male and one female).
For Iran that number is 854. Some 80 of these were under 18 at the time of the protests in October 2022 when they were arrested. Some 100 people have already been executed in 2024.
Many people are also being tortured to death and/or are disappearing in a prison system that is everything but civilized.

The madness that is happening here is this:
Our State / Us = Islam = God. So I have the right to kill and/destroy you for I am doing this for Islam = God.
This is already revolting if you are a person with no specific religious affiliation. It’s a bigger problem if you are religious in some way. The Arabic term for this is “Shirk” (means worshiping of Idols / worshipping something that is other than God himself).
