Nonsense. Netanyahu could stop it. Putin, Xi, Haniyeh, Salman, and probably half a handful more could bring this nonsense to a screeching halt. Biden's conduct has been nothing short of reprehensible, but this idea that he's the only one who can put an end to this butchery is just simplistic and wrong.
