My son's 17th anniversary of work at Pepsi is today. He hung in there through being on sanitation to being drenched in syrup from the bags they use in soda fountains to days of boredom running nearly every machine in the plant. Several months ago he took a big step and moved to logistics in a supervisory role (along with a damn nice raise). Pretty proud of him for sticking with it for nearly half his life.
His 401K helped him buy his house and he recently upgraded to a super duper gaming computer after his old one started glitching with the newer games.
He's doing well and I am proud of my baby boy.
