If it's not thawed in two days, then it's probably over ten pounds. Water thawing require 30 minutes per pound, so basically 5+ hours just to thaw. A typical 15-pounder would require 7+ hours. Then you have to cook it.
Water thawing was my first thought too. It might be workable given the specifics, but ordering out seems more likely.
That, or cooking from frozen. I have no clue on that technique, but there are plenty of people promoting the method on Youtube and elsewhere. A few hundred degrees in an oven will thaw a turkey faster than cold water.
If it's small enough, supposedly you can thaw it in the microwave, too, but that's not something I would do.
