I was an assistant manager for four years as well as being on the board of directors of a mid-sized NPO for three years.  Is there a point to your question?

I thought the point was quite clear; would you continue to employ someone incompetent merely based on the merit of, "experience?"

Are you stupid enough to believe that competence is what is the main concern with Schedule F? You're dumber than you look.
