Nope I don't regard it as a crime I don't think a fetus can commit a crime or that it's even a moral being nor is its removal a punishment as that implies it did something wrong which I don't think it's capable of as I view it as amoral . It's death it's simply the result of it's removal if one day it can be removed alive that would be optimal

If in the future anyone commits that crime against it, it has the right to carry out the same justice.

Nope it's not a matter of crime and punishment and yes abortion clinics are businesses in the current economic structure they would have to be. The only thing that's barbaric is the idea that women have no say over who lives inside them or if they stay pregnant that is  barbaric
