For a bit over three years we have been using a new software at work that allows texts and emails to and from customers and potential customers. This one is a first in all that time...I scan the tickets first thing every morning to see what I can close so the others don't have to deal with such a big number of tickets...woke up this morning to one asking if he needed to send dick pics.
