How difficult is this? Customer complains he is charged for 3 hours of cleaning but last time the team was only there for an hour and a half...today the team was there for about an hour.
I am no math wizard but the first team mentioned was a 2 person team...so 2 time 1.5 should equal 3. Today the team was a three person team so 3 times 1 equals 3.
At least he didn't request a dick pic as happened Monday morning by another customer.
This is why I am glad I almost never call customers...I will call a vendor and they like to hear from me because I usually call to make a payment. Some of these customers would cost me my job.
