I just watched an interview Zelenskyy did with Fox News after the White House incident... though no idea why he would have chose to go with them, that's just asking for trouble... the interview seemed to me Hostile with a capital H, with an interviewer who didn't smile or seem to show an ounce of sympathy... and with so many leading questions. He really held his own... there were so many traps he could've fell into but didn't, so, much respect to him for that. Hopefully not even Fox can spin that into something it wasn't, even if they limit what they show.

It's already happened.  The wignutosphere are convinced zelensky totally fucked that meeting because he was just there to shake hands and the deal was already done.  So he should have just swallowed that shit.  It's not a bad take..but just look at how the magats actually seem to understand reality for a moment when they're concern trolling zelensky for getting support they magathematically don't want him to get.  I think they understand it all the time.  I think they're going along with the mad king eyes wide open just like the russians are with putin in ukraine.

Shit... the poor guy didn't stand a chance, did he? In that interview he came across to me as incredibly genuine and kindhearted, and, sadly in our new reality, perhaps a bit naive, for trying to look for and seeing the best in Trump. Anyone watching that interview that couldn't see that has to be willfully ignorant, but then sadly we knew that already.
