Mysterious tower spotted at Area 51 could be ‘alien technology’
A mysterious triangular tower has been discovered at the secretive Area 51 — and social media users are insisting that the structure is “alien technology.”
Curious minds found that they could see the tower in the Nevada desert — described as standing at between 150 and 190 feet tall.
Some on social media have compared the structure to a skyscraper, an exhaust vent and a Dyson air purifier — and some have jokingly referred to it as a “Toblerone trade center” or a “new version of Jenga.”
“Area 51 is just a distraction for the first 50 areas,” another quipped.
It’s also been pointed out that it has an uncanny resemblance to the monolith in Stanley Kubrick’s 1968 sci-fi film “2001: A Space Odyssey.”

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
