I had one of these installed a few years ago. It's called a TOTO Washlet. I'm very arthritic and needed an ergonomic toilet which would be easy to sit on and get up from. It has a bidet feature which just about eliminates the need for toilet paper. It uses only 1/3-gallon of water per flush. The cost of the toilet plus installation and sales tax came to about $1,700. It has improved my life and is worth every penny I paid for it. I bought it from Home Depot.
