Yeah, that's pretty lame - it's why I keep repeating that the more the left leans into lunacy, the more it's going to empower the right and allow a desensitized or outright hostile society to actively take steps to counter your beliefs... and for the elite and the sadistic within the "right" to gain more political power.
The politicization of the justice system to prioritize releasing criminals on the street while punishing those who act in self-defense, watching as domestic terrorists who caused over a trillion dollars in damage in the BLM race riots are offered to have their bail paid for by Senators and Congressmen - it reduces a societies trust in the judicial system.
