The Galaxy Nazi's wealth is debt secured on his Tesla shares, it would be extremely easy for TACO to push him underwater financially. Just revoke all the grants and carbon credits and Tesla's in a death spiral.
The trouble with that is, Trump wouldn’t be able to keep his mouth shut about. Elon could divest for half the share price and still be unimaginably wealthy. And if Trump went after the companies at that point, Musk could still afford to pull a Trump and tie the orange one up in court until one of them dies or Trump is out of power.
Trump doesn’t hold as many cards in this fight as he thinks he does.
