Given that most of Musk's wealth is based upon stock valuations, Trump can change that quickly just by running his mouth and making investors run away. He can also do things like order investigations, change groundrules, and so on. Not that I support such bullshit, but Trump's threat is hardly "empty", and Musk's wealth is very vulnerable.
