I work from home but have to make one trip a week to the office to pick up paperwork. There are a lot of people out there who should not be allowed to drive. I think back to my days of spending three hours a day commuting and realize that if I had to do that now, I would have to figure out how to unalive myself. COVID took away my patience for idiot drivers while also creating more of them.
My plan of making the trip between morning and noon rushes is not much of a plan anymore.
