It's not like anyone has ever observed with their own eyes life evolving from a single-celled organism into a human. People merely assume that it has because they have witnessed evolution on a small scale. So, for all one knows, God could have just created it with the appearance of it having been so.

There's the micro-macro evolution argument I knew you would launch, just in the wrong thread.
Right, I've never observed with my own eyes a single-celled organism evolving into a human, therefore there's no reason to believe it.
