I have nothing encouraging to say, I have nothing encouraging said by others, I have no rants.
Only coping technique I use is to keep going. And forget. Never look back.
Funny now that things aren't so bad... I'm starting to remember. And I had my first ever flashback just yesterday.
It was horrible.
