The station normally wouldn't allow it, as the article says, but he is taking advantage of a rule that says they have to let him. Normally superbowl commercials are really lighthearted, so that's why I called it hijacking. Dead, bloody fetuses, surrounded by religious symbols is a far cry from the normal silliness that goes on during the superbowl, traditionally.
